It's National Spaghetti Day!

Ah yes, the early days of video on the internet. I will tell you that I was FAR too enamored with the idea of cussing at an audience (this was NINE years ago). I will also tell you that I am far too lazy to do this again. So why bring this back? Because at its core is a pretty good way for you to take normal spaghetti sauce and make it into something special.

I'm a whirlwind and I worry about straightening up after the job is done (she would probably also like you to know that a. I curse a lot, but normally not this much, and b. the kitchen and it's appliances have been redone.)

If you missed exactly what I'm adding to the sauce, I go with Johnsonville Italian Sausage, crushed garlic, mushrooms, Rotel, and lemon juice. You could, in fact, skip this old video of me cursing in a very embarrassing way if you just picked up those things.
