The City of Lubbock Is Closed This Good Friday

The City Of Lubbock offices will be closed this Friday.

Trash collection takes a hit too. According to the City Of Lubbock Website, Thursdays trash collection will be moved to Wednesday and Fridays collection will be moved to Thursday. The landfill and recycling will be closed on Friday but back open for regular business hours on Saturday.

The Buddy Holly Center, all public libraries, the Garden, and Arts Center and the Silent Wings Museum will be closed Friday as well.
