Corner Newspaper Sellers [PHOTO]

So I'm driving down Quaker towards 82nd, I cross under the loop and there is an a**hole stopped in the road buying a paper. This isn't the side with the light either. The guy went through the light, across the intersection, then stopped in the road where there were no lights or stop signs. He and the newspaper were just having a big ole time chatting it up not worried that somebody was going to rear end them and kill everybody. Now you may want to blame this on the driver, but partial responsibility goes to the vendor and the paper. Why are these people impeding the flow of traffic at all at major intersections. I want these people to have honest work, but there needs to be some way for them to do their job without being a pain in the ass or dangerous to the rest of us. Friggin' donkeys.
