We received a note saying the Covenant Diagnostic Imaging in Lubbock has closed. Part of the services offered at C.D.I. were mammograms. We then received a follow-up letter for services, which was a bit odd. The address on the letter was "Methodist Children's Hospital DBA/Arrington Comprehensive Breast Center. It is for that reason we're passing this information along. The "Methodists Children's Hospital" and "Doing Business As" might be a bit confusing for some if they only look at the information quickly.
