Current Texas Tech Masked Rider Is Riding Off Into the Sunset

The Texas Tech Masked Rider has been a tradition since 1954, and the current rider, Laurie Tolboom, is about to wrap up her time as this iconic figure.

Tolboom was made the 56th Masked Rider for the 2017-2018 season, along with her horse, Fearless Champion. But it's time for her to hand the reigns over to the new masked rider.

Today, Friday, April 20th, the 57th Masked Rider will be revealed, and we hope that whoever it is will put the same level of dedication that Laurie did.
