Did Best Buy’s Sign Really ‘Blow Down’ Because of the Wind?

Here in Lubbock, when we see something out of place, we usually attribute it to the wind.

However, this time, the wind is innocent, as this is apparently a case of corporate rebranding.

Best Buy actually changed their logo about two years ago, but Lubbock's Best Buy store still received the older style design. It's simply a logo update.

I did curbside pickup at Best Buy not too long ago, and the process was easy breezy. And was I ever thankful to get my hands on a Nintendo Switch.
