Elon Musk’s Space X Is Getting Sued In Texas By A…Party Game?
Popular adult party game Cards Against Humanity is suing Elon Musk's Space X over land usage in Texas.
That sentence almost sounds like it was the result of a Cards Against Humanity prompt and response, however, the lawsuit is real, according to USA Today.
The lawsuit, which is seeking damages to the tune of $15 million, alleges that Space X employees trespassed and damaged land that is owned by Cards Against Humanity.
The land was bought after a 2017 fundraising campaign intended to thwart then-President Donald Trump's border wall project.
If the suit is successful, Cards Against Humanity has stated it will split the money with the 150,000 donors who originally backed the project to buy the land, which would be about $100 each.

Cards Against Humanity alleges that their land near Brownsville, Texas was damaged by contractors for Space X who removed plant life and installed gravel so Space X employees could park there.
It appears that Space X did not have permission to do so, prompting Cards Against Humanity to launch an entire website: elonowesyou100dollars.com.
It is full of the game's signature colorful language and unflinching attitude:
Why do we need to do this? Even if Musk un-f**** our land, that doesn’t un-**** the damage he’s done to our reputation. 150,000 people gave us their hard-earned money, and in exchange we vowed to protect this land from racist billionaires and their dumb vanity projects.
The company also posted about the lawsuit on its Instagram:
On the website, Cards Against Humanity has also stated that they will accept Twitter in lieu of the $15 million.
