Grisly Texas Property For Sale: Landlord’s Body Left To Rot In Backyard

Texas landlords deal with many problem tenants, but Pamela Ann Merritt might be the worst tenant ever. She is currently sitting in a Harris County Jail awaiting her next court date early next year, charged with the murder of her landlord, Colin Kerdachi, an elderly man whom she allegedly stabbed to death. His skeletal remains were found in the backyard of the property, which is currently for sale.

The listing doesn't disclose that a crime happened on the property, as Texas law does not require a death disclosure unless the property itself caused the death (like a collapsed roof, for example). However, the listing doesn't sugarcoat the property either:
