Here’s Your blink-182 Presale Code for the Band’s First-Ever Lubbock Show

Wanna know something interesting? blink-182 insists that their name is spelled out like that. It's a reasonable request, but it makes my eye twitch when I can't capitalize the B. Anyway, let's venture off to pre-sale ticket land.

As a demonstration of what it's like to be a member of our VIP club, we're going to show you what it's like to pick up your tickets to blink-182's first-ever Lubbock show ahead of the pack. Please note, this is a one-time demonstration. In the future, only VIPs will have this opportunity, so join now!

First, go to Ticketfly.com by clicking here, then use the password smallthings.

Note: this will not work until 10 a.m. on Wednesday (Feb. 8), so don't freak out and try to get it to work before then. Tickets are $47.50 plus some service charges on top of that. There's also some big fan club packages, but my guess is if you're in the fan club, you already knew about that.

A word of warning: please make sure the site you're on is Ticketfly.com.  A listener has already shown me a website trying to sell tickets for this blink-182 show that are twice the face value. It's either a scalper or a scam. This show is also GENERAL ADMISSION. That means there are no reserved seats. The scam site was trying to sell tickets "in the first six rows." There are no rows; just the pit.

Lastly, in case you don't know, the Lone Star Amphitheater does have a sell-out point, and this show is expected to reach that status. So while there are no discounts involved with this particular presale, it might be a good thing to go ahead and get your tickets this Wednesday between 10 a.m. to midnight. There's a limit of four tickets for this blink-182 pre-sale.

The undercard of this show is very subject to change. The Naked and Famous will almost certainly be a part of this show, but there may or may not be other additions or changes. So buy if you're into blink-182, and wait if you're into the openers. The show is Tuesday, March 28th, 2017.
