It’s Time For Floydada Punkin’ Days

As I was driving into work today, I noticed the Canadian Geese are already starting to make their yearly pilgrimage to west Texas.

That sight alone confirms to many of us that cold weather is on the way.

What better way to get into the fall spirit than by visiting a pumpkin patch and picking out the perfect pumpkin to turn into a Jack-O-lantern.

Floydada will hold their annual Punkin' Days Festival with food, games, food, music, food, crafts, food, pumpkins and sis I mention tons of great food.

This yearly event is held right in the middle of downtown Floydada in the heart of the Pumpkin capital of Texas.

The fun kicks off this at 9 a.m. today.
