Lubbock’s Bahama Buck’s Announce Free Snow Cone Day

How does a FREE sno from Bahama Buck's sound?

Each year Bahama Buck's sets aside a day to give back to their customers with a full day of of free snow cones! This year marks the 17th year of hosting.

Now is your chance. Every year on "the coolest day of the year" Bahama Buck's hosts a free sno day to give back. They said they do it to bless their guests and community.

Bahama Buck's was started in the summer of 1990 by Blake Buchanan. He opened the first Bahama Buck's in Lubbock, TX. He started with one ice shaver and the hope of a college job that didn't involve mowing grass or flipping burgers. Constructing the original store by hand, he enlisted help from three generations of his family, and staffed it with friends and college students.

The tropical sensation caught on, and with the help of his wife, Kippi, and his friend, Eric Lee, the summer job turned into a full-time vocation.

Now with over a hundred locations, they are honored to be the nation’s premier tropical-themed dessert destination.

This year it is happening on Tuesday, December 5th, 2023.

Bring anyone and everyone. Whoever is physically at the location will receive a free baby or small snow cone.

Anything bigger than that is a $1 off and toppings are an additional cost.
