Lubbock’s New Upscale Craft Beer Bar Reveals Opening Date
Lubbock is so close to opening a new upscale craft beer bar in south Lubbock.
Rebecca and Robert Samaniego are The Brass Tap franchise co-owners. The new taphouse will have a wide variety of food and 45 to 50 beers on tap with a focus on local brews, but they will also have bottled beer, wine, cocktails, and mocktails.
They will have a full-service brunch menu and a variety of food options, including items not found just anywhere on Saturdays and Sundays until 3 p.m.
The Brass Tap will also have a patio that will be used all year long because it has shades that come down.
Rebecca said she looks forward to the mimosa flights on Saturdays and the brunch charcuterie boards.
"We are going to do trivia night, music bingo, karaoke, live music, and all the different things. It's just really a nice place to go and hang out and try something new, said Rebecca.
Rebecca said she and Robert are long-time Lubbock residents and want to bring some of that community to their location.
The Samaniegos also want to incorporate customer requests to curate the local tap selections and can't wait to hear what everyone thinks.
The hours for The Brass Tap are Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m., and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The Brass Tap will be located at 11108 Slide in front of 114 St. United Supermarkets and they hope to open on Saturday, September 7th, 2024.
