
Lubbock 19-Year-Old Charged With Sexually Assaulting Drunk Victim
A young man in Lubbock was recently charged for his involvement in the sexual assault of a female victim. The woman was too drunk to speak clearly, and was filmed being assaulted by the man and another accomplice on her own cell phone.

19-year-old Joshua Caleb Lewis was charged on Friday, April 24, with sexual assault following an incident in March involving a female victim.
According to Everything Lubbock, the victim notified Lubbock Police Department (LPD) that she went out with Lewis and a second unnamed suspect on March 1. She then said that the last thing she remembered was waking up the next morning in an unknown apartment.
She Discovered Heart-Dropping Videos on Her Phone
That next day, the woman went to dinner with a friend, and the two began looking through her phone when she noticed there were videos that she never took. The videos showed her from the night before extremely intoxicated to the point of not being able to speak clearly.
Multiple videos were recorded on her phone by Lewis as he and another suspect sexually assaulted her and performed lewd acts with her as she was clearly impaired.
The female victim, not having any recollection of the incident, went to Covenant ER for a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) kit.
Joshua Lewis was booked into the Lubbock County Detention Center on one charge of sexual assault. He is held on a $200,000 bond.
