Johnny Ray Memorial Show to Be Held at Demon’s Den on January 18th
I love Johnny Ray. He was "that guy" -- always reliably at the places you wanted to be. Arms outstretched, and with a huge smile, my Johnny Ray was the beam of sunlight in the dankest of dirty old Lubbock bars. I miss him very much.
Johnny's friends have gotten together to host a memorial show for Lubbock's most "pretty darn good drummer." The event will be held Saturday, January 18th, 2020 at Demon's Den (2321 114th Street).
