Lubbock’s Joyland Amusement Park to Open for 47th Season Saturday, March 9th
Joyland Amusement Park (500 Canyon Lake Drive, inside Mackenzie Park) will open for their 47th season on Saturday, March 9th, 2019 at 2 p.m.
The park had originally planned to open this Saturday (March 2), but due to possible inclement weather, the opening was postponed. It will also be open for Spring Break, March 13th-15th from 2 to 8 p.m.
New this year is the Sandstorm roller coaster. Additionally, this is the first full season of the thrill ride, X Factor.
Joyland is also offering a limited number of EnJOYment cards this year which allow for multiple visits and bring-a-friend days. Joyland also offers specials throughout the season, so visit their website for more info.
