Lions Club Pancake Festival Set for February 17th, 2018

It's time to circle a date on your new puppy calendar.

Lubbock will get together on Saturday, February 17th for the Lions Club Pancake Festival. The event is now in its 64th year. It's all-you-can-eat pancakes, link sausages and orange juice for $6 in advance or $7 at the door.

Of course, you want to bring a couple extra bucks to add a little bacon. Coffee, milk and a few other items are also available.

There's always entertainment going on, and it's just a great atmosphere to meet up with families and friends. I'm hoping I can commandeer my usual station. I like cooking at that very first grill when the festival opens at 7 a.m.  Pancakes are served all the way through 8 p.m.
