Lubbock Fire Marshal Classifies Weekend Fire As Incendiary

A fire on the 1600 block of 38th street during Sunday afternoon has been classified as incendiary by the Lubbock Fire Marshal's office.

The fire damaged approximately 75% of the single-family duplex, displacing two adults.
