I also love that they are always doing fun pop-up style themed events, from Pokémon to Mario, from dinosaurs to sharks.

However, this month, Chickie's is taking it to the next level with a Willy Wonka-themed giveaway.

Inside 5 chocolate bars, there will be 5 Golden Tickets, which are redeemable for a prize bucket of chocolate and $100 gift certificate!

Where Else To Celebrate Willy Wonka In Lubbock

Craving a blast of nostalgia with your chocolate bars? Lubbock's historic Cactus Theater will have a showing of the classic 1971 Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory starring Gene Wilder on Wednesday, September 17th at 2:20 p.m. and at 7:20 p.m.

The orginal is one of my very favorite movies (I can recite the boat scene monologue perfectly), so I'll be thrilled to see it on the big screen in a beautiful theater.
