[UPDATED] Two People Injured in Shooting at South Plains Mall

Lubbock Police are referring to Sunday evening's shooting at the South Plains Mall as an "isolated event". Two people suffered minor injuries. Police were called about the shooting at 5:35pm, so far no arrests have been made.

Reaction, and videos, from South Plains Mall customers have hit social media as people were evacuated from the mall on Sunday evening. Mall customers were being evacuated, or asked to shelter-in-place, as soon as 5:50pm on Sunday.
ORIGINAL STORY----
Just before 6pm Sunday evening, Lubbock Police were called out to the South Plains Mall after a report of shots fired.
Mall customers were either asked to shelter-in-place or were evacuated out of the mall, depending on what section they were in.
Around 6:05pm, patrons at Premiere Cinemas inside the South Plains Mall were asked to exit the theater through the emergency exits. One eyewitness told KFYO News that they walked out of a showing of Spider-Man to the parking lot, and were able to get to their car and leave the mall.
As of 6:30pm, Lubbock Police have not provided any additional details as far as what is happening at the Mall.
