Jeremy Maxfield, 41, is accused of one count of IMPROPER RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EDUCATOR/STUDENT and three counts of SEXUAL ASSAULT CHILD 22.011(a)(2), according to the Lubbock County Jail Roster.

His bond currently sits at $150,000 with the U.S. Marshals and $50,000 with the Lubbock County Sheriff's Office.

Maxfield was employed at Lubbock High School from August 2007 to June 2024, when he was put on administrative leave due to these allegations.
