Sadly, Lubbock now longer has a Steak N' Shake, but I could see the right franchisee making it work, especially given that particular change.

Anna's Mexican Restaurant (6909 Indiana Ave) announced on their Facebook page that they are making the switch.

The post was mostly met with tremendous enthusiasm from fans of Anna's food. I'm excited to try it- in moderation, as anyone should with anything fried, however it is fried.
