If you have HBO then you might have already seen "The Concert For Valor". If you don't have HBO then you need to borrow a friends, or your parents' password because this show has some great moments.

Unfortunately I can't post any video of the concert here because HBO owns all the rights to it and they're being pretty protective of it. I'm sure they want to get more subscribers but I would hope they make it public soon. I mean it is for our veterans after all, and I'm not cool with people "supporting our troops" but only if they get some reward for it.

But all that aside there were some definitely memorable moments. Dave Grohl played "My Hero" and Everlong" acoustic with just him, a guitar, and a guy on piano. Metallica rocked "For Whom The Bell Tolls", "Master Of Puppets", and "Enter Sandman". and The Boss Bruce Springsteen did an acoustic set playing "Born In The USA", and "Dancing In The Dark".

But the most memorable part for me of the whole shebang was when the Zac Brown Band brought Dave Grohl and Springsteen out to do CCR's "Fortunate Son".

I'm sure that soon enough video of these will be online somewhere. And I would give you my HBO GO password but I hear they frown on that now. So until then know that while it was a cool show, its not the end of the world if you don't get to see it right away.
