We all knew that Thursday and Friday were going to be awesome, but I don't think anybody expected things to get as crazy as they did. Upsets aplenty were the highlight of the end of our work week, and we're just getting started, folks.

In my opinion, it really doesn't get much sweeter than two games in the past 48 hours. The first game of the second round, Dayton vs. Ohio State, was an absolute treat as Dayton finally got their shot and took out the in-state rival like we suspected they might. The other game was the incredible comeback by the Lumberjacks of Stephen F. Austin (my alma mater) over Shaka Smart's fifth-seeded VCU team. Another noteworthy upset was Mercer knocking off late-round favorite Duke, which was an incredible show as well.

North Dakota State taking out Oklahoma and Harvard silencing Cincinnati were also important in the process of literally everyone's bracket being completely busted.

Saturday and Sunday hold more madness, and it all starts Saturday morning at 11:15 as Florida and Pittsburgh tip off from Orlando. Early-round shockers Dayton and North Dakota State get Syracuse and San Diego State, respectively. Then on Sunday, Mercer takes on Tennessee, Stephen F. Austin and UCLA square off, and Iowa State and North Carolina should be a classic.

Obviously, those are just a few of the sixteen games that await us this weekend. So get ready, boys and girls, the insanity is due to continue.
