We are so excited that it’s about to be easier than ever to get our fried pie fix right here in Lubbock.

If you’ve ever had Plain Jane’s Fried Pies, you already know the hype is real. I can’t say enough good things about this local favorite. I’ve been a fan since the early days, back when they were known for cinnamon rolls on the weekends, cookies, and other baked goods that disappeared almost as fast as they hit the table. I’ll go on record—without hesitation—saying they made the best, most cravable cowboy cookies I’ve ever had in my life.

After some time and travel, the brand was eventually relaunched in Lubbock as a food truck. And don’t get me wrong—food trucks are great. They bring character, creativity, and incredible food to the community. But they can also be a little tricky to track down. By design, they move around, and city ordinances often determine where they can and can’t be on any given day. That’s why following Plain Jane’s on social media has always been a must if you wanted to catch them.

Fried Pies Are About to Get Way Easier to Find

Now, that hunt is about to get a whole lot easier.

A representative from Circle K recently reached out to Plain Jane’s with an offer to carry their fried pies in six Lubbock locations. For a local business owner, that’s the kind of opportunity dreams are made of—and for customers, it’s a total win. Beginning this Tuesday at 9:00 a.m., Plain Jane’s Fried Pies will officially be stocked at select Lubbock Circle K stores.

We can’t help but encourage you to support Plain Jane’s, but we also want to give credit to Circle K. They didn’t have to seek out a local product, but they went out of their way to make this partnership happen—and that’s pretty darn cool. Supporting local businesses just got more convenient, and honestly, it doesn’t get much sweeter than that.
