Casa Ole!
Boy is that jingle burned into my brain forever. If you're not familiar with it, you have to watch an amazing ad that ran nonstop while I was growing up in Texas.
It starred no other than MLB Superstar Jose Lima (RIP), who was having the best years of his career pitching with the Houston Astros. Casa Ole was also unstoppable in the late 90s/ early 2000s.

Using the Casa Ole website and cross-referencing it with Google Maps, I believe I've found nearly all of the remaining Casa Oles in Texas. There is a sole location in Louisiana.
Might be worth a road trip, just for the green sauce.
