Sons of Texas Bring Gritty Rock to Jake’s Backroom in November

Sons of Texas is one of those bands that Lubbock has adopted.

There's a certain metal swagger that some bands have. I'd say Pantera and Texas Hippie Coalition has that sound. The newest purveyors are Sons of Texas. They just have that tiniest of blues backgrounds mixed with killer metal riffs.

You can experience the band live on Tuesday, November 26th, 2019 (Thanksgiving week, because you aren't doing anything anyway) over at Jake's Backroom.
