Two Docs Brewery (501 Texas Ave) is taking a little bit of the sting out of HIIT- with their Sweat & Sip Events. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, and if you're looking for a workout that'll really kick your butt, HIIT is it. In other words, they mean it when they say your going to sweat.

To soften the blow, your workout comes with a flight of beer to reward your efforts:

Every 3rd Saturday of the Month!
Check-ins start at 10 AM! Be there, or be square!

Upcoming classes are planned for February 15th, March 21st and April 18th.
