Texas Comedian Sends Wedding Invites to the Rich and Famous

Planning a wedding can be one of the most stressful times for many people. Not only do you have to find a venue, a florist, catering, and more, but you also have to decide who is invited to the big day. Whether you want to have a big wedding, or something small and tight-knit, you might want to consider doing what this Dallas comedian is currently doing for his wedding.

Based off of a tweet he came across, JVT decided he would send wedding invites out to the richest people living in Dallas, as well as some celebrities. The tweet he references suggests that most celebrities or very wealthy people have assistants who will simply send a gift in return for the invitation. Apparently, this has worked for a few people as they’ve received autographed photos, merchandise, and other gifts along with well wishes from the person they invited.

So far he has invited musicians like Soulja Boy and T-Pain as well as actors from “The Office” and “It’s Always Sunny in Philidelphia”.

He is also inviting the wealthiest people in Dallas, like Mark Cuban and Jerry Jones.

There has yet to be any announcements about these people responding to the invites, but I’m sure JVT will keep us all updated on his TikTok page.

I think this is a harmless and fun thing you and your significant other can do while preparing for your wedding. There is a chance you’ll receive a gift from some of your favorite celebrities, or who knows, maybe one of them will actually show up.
