Texas DPS Add Two Individuals to Texas Top 10 Lists
Two men have been added to Texas 10 Most Wanted Lists. The Texas Department of Public Safety have added Charles Lee Tillman, Jr. to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List and Bobby Joe Flores, Jr. to the 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders.
Charles Lee Tilman, Jr.
Thirty-four-year-old Charles Lee Tillman, Jr., of Missouri City, has been wanted by authorities since June 2021 after a parole violation and a possible connection to a homicide in May. A look at Tillman's record reveals an assault conviction in 2011 as well as a separate conviction of manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance in 2015.
Authorities are offering a total of $14,500 to individuals who have information leading to Tillman's arrest. Tillman is described as 5'8" tall, 185lbs, with tattoos scattered across his body.
Bobby Joe Flores, Jr.
Thirty-four-year-old Bobby Joe Flores, Jr., of Duncanville, has been on the run from authorities since October 2019 after a warrant was issued for his arrest for continuous sexual abuse of a child. A separate warrant was issued in January 2020 for failing to register as a sex offender. Flores' record has several convictions of child sex crimes including one in 2008 with a 1-year-old girl.
Flores is described as 5'5" tall, 140lbs, with tattoos across his body, and scars of his left arm and wrist. A $5,000 reward is being offered for any information reading to Flores' capture and arrest.
