Texas Tech’s Patrick Mahomes Earning Praise For Off-Field Work

Patrick Mahomes continues to be the man in Kansas City both on and off the field.

The Chiefs Quarterback is earning praise for his work helping build transitional housing for Vets in the Kansas City area. Mahomes pitched in to help with the Tiny Houses For Homeless Vets project of The Veteran's Community Project.

We here in Lubbock are awfully proud of Mahomes for the way he has represented Texas Tech while in Lubbock and now in the pros (but, if we could just have gotten him to stay for that final year of eligibility...).
