Texas politicians, instead of carrying their voters wishes to Austin, are virtue-signaling at the expense of thousands and thousands of local businesses.

The first message I saw today was "help". I really wish I could. A local business owner said the total ban on THC products that Texas is about to vote on would completely put her out of business. She survived break-ins, the pandemic, and other challenges, but can't survive politics.

The same group of politicians have been in charge since 1994 with little change. They feel safe in their positions and they're not going to challenged each other. They know you're going to vote for their party no matter what, even if it's against your own interests.

Texas Politicians Put Party Loyalty Over Local Voters' Needs

It might be against your base instincts to switch sides for an election, but ask yourself, are you voting for a color, or for what you stand for? The majority of Texans support these businesses who contribute an estimated $8 billion dollars to the Texas economy.

I think it proves my point that we haven't been allowed to vote statewide on these types of businesses or other forms of THC use. You see, there's no political points to be had just by giving people what they want, they'd rather use these nanny-state tactics to keep those church donations coming in.
