The East Lubbock Keeping the Promise Neighborhood Offer Free Thanksgiving Meals This Week

This time of year as we all reflect on our many blessings, sometimes it is easy to forget that not everyone is as fortunate as we are.

That's why members of The East Lubbock Keeping the Promise Neighborhood will be hosting a free event this year geared towards making sure everyone has a hot home cooked Thanksgiving meal.

This years event will take place this Tuesday, November 14th, from 6p-8p at The South Plains Food Bank, located at 5605 Martin Luther King BLVD right here in Lubbock.

There will be activities for the kiddos, live music, giveaways, and of course a hot Thanksgiving meal.
