Most of us grew up with our parents telling us to make our beds every morning.

As an adult I get it, there is something about leaving for work in the morning knowing the house is clean.

Now, there has been a study done that says it is actually better to not make your bed, yes you read that right.

Scientists have done research and found that not making your bed in the morning can cut down on dust mites, allergens, and even help with asthma.

I guess this means I can sleep an extra five minutes everyday.
