Total Wine & More Officially Opens in Lubbock, Bringing Thousands of Wine and Spirits Options

Party City may be gone, but Lubbock now has a new "party" destination in its former location (although I wouldn't expect to find any Bluey balloons). Total Wine & More is now open in Lubbock at 6038 Marsha Sharp Fwy W #100. inside the former Party City location.

For one, it's a massive store (17,000 square feet), meaning it is full of options. The stores offer over 8,000 wines, 3,000 spirits, and 2,500 beers. That's huge! Total Wine & More also has experts on staff in case you need help picking the perfect bottle.

Total Wine & More Is Majorly Expanding

Total Wine & More has nearly 300 superstores in 31 states and employs about 11,000 people. The company plans to add 15 to 20 stores annually, and one of the next up is a 23,506-square-foot store set to open in Amarillo this fall.

What To Expect From Total Wine & More In Lubbock

You can expect in-store tastings, educational events, and a staff of experts who complete training in their area (so the wine person won't just be guessing "Cab Sav" when you ask for a pairing, etc.)  There are even packages available to host your own private class, business, or club meeting.
