I can't stop watching this video so I'm passing it off to anyone out there that hasn't seen it yet. Kittens have got to be one of the greatest things in the world. They are so soft and silly and sweet. Everyone loves a kitten and every once in a while, you come across one all alone that needs a little help.

Robert Brantley stopped his vehicle to snatch a lonely kitten off of the road only to find that the kitten was DEFINITELY not alone. Check out the video below:

Seriously, I would be so excited if this happened to me! Look at all of those sweet babies! He found THIRTEEN kittens! What a fantastic day! I would have a hard time taking them all to the shelter and a discovery like this might make me a crazy cat lady. I'd at least have to name them all before I dropped them off somewhere safe.

The sad part about this video is that these kittens were likely dumped on the side of the road to fend for themselves, something that happens all too often with animals. I used to find dogs all alone on highway 349 between Midland and Rankin. People would just drive a couple of miles away and toss out a litter of puppies and then go about their lives. I don't know how anyone could be so cruel, but it happens.

The best way you can prevent having a ton of kittens or puppies you cannot care for is to have your pets spayed and neutered. It's a one-time expense and afterward, you can rest assured you won't end up with more mouths than you can feed. Please, fix your pets!

Now go watch those videos again because...KITTENS!
