Watch The Red Raiders Return Home From The Elite Eight

The Texas Tech Red Raiders returned from the programs first ever trip to the Elite Eight early this morning at the United Supermarkets Arena.

A crowd of approximately 100 Tech fans were waiting for the team when they arrived back home at around 2:20 a.m. on Monday morning.

Even though the Red Raiders came up short against Villanova (71-59) in Boston, MA on Sunday afternoon; I think we can all agree that this talented team will be remembered for many years to come.

I'm sure I speak for all Red Raiders fans when I say 'Thank You' to Coach Beard and his staff for taking us on one incredible journey this year.

The crowd even took the time to sing "Happy Birthday" (which was a really cool moment) to Tech point guard Davide Moretti, who celebrated his birthday on Sunday.

I'm ready for next year!
