Water Your Yard Please, Not The Street And Not My Car

Whatever happened to the city charging people for run off water from their yards?

Nothing is more irritating than getting your car washed, pulling onto the road and within three blocks being splashed by so much water you have to use your windshield wipers just to be able to see out the windshield.

It seems like in the past few weeks this is becoming more and more of a problem, and not just in the middle of the day, but also early in the morning.

Right now it's just annoying, in a few months it's going to become annoying and dangerous as morning temperatures drop and the water freezes on the roads.
