Yummy Mornings: Lubbock Has A New Drive Thru Option For Breakfast

Tired of the same old soggy fast food breakfast sandwich? Don't have time to go inside anywhere? Lucky for you, Lubbock now has a fresh and local option for breakfast, with the convenience of a drive-thru. This sounds perfect for those mornings when I just wake up crazy hungry and need a quick portion of protein. And it's at a convenient central Lubbock location.

This new option for drive-thru breakfast is in a familiar spot. The Wing Shack (5412 Slide Rd Suite 100) will introduce breakfast burritos and jalapeno cheddar sausage wraps as hearty and wholesome breakfast options beginning this Friday, November 3rd. Breakfast will be available from 7:00 a.m. to 11: 00 a.m. and will be available through the drive-thru only.

The Wingshack opened back in August and has already made a name for itself, between its huge and fresh-cooked-to-order wings, and its now infamous Hotter Than Hell Challenge, which no one to date has been able to beat. I particularly love The Wingshack for their big boneless wings and their "good ice" from the soda machine. You know what I'm talking about- the kind you can crunch on.

The Wingshack has a variety of sauce and dry rub options that range from the very mild to the insanely hot. I'm a fan of the Fireball sauce, which is made from Fireball liquor. It should not be amazing and yet... it is my favorite wing sauce ever.

Knowing the folks at The Wingshack, I'm excited to see their take on breakfast. Because in the wintertime, I have a lot more of those "wake up ravenous" days.
