Sammy Hagar Officially Announces New Collaboration Album

Well, like I mentioned earlier this week, the Red Rocker's been back at it. Seems he's had more up his sleeve than we first thought, as a new collaboration album with a whole slew of artists will be released on September 24 later this year.

"Sammy Hagar and Friends" will feature 10 new tracks and some special covers handpicked by Hagar and his fellow friends.

Musical support by the likes of Kid Rock, Nancy Wilson from Heart, Bill Church, Montrose's Denny Carmassi, and the new lineup for HSAS will all come together and usher in a tier of new, good ol' rockin' tunes.

Check out "Sammy Hagar and Friends" when it hits shelves later in September.
