Last week, I presented my review for Stone Sour's latest album "House of Gold and Bones Part 1" and the new album has done quite well, selling 31,000 copies in its first week on shelves.

That earned the band the seventh spot on the Billboard Top 200 list, which is actually kind of scary to me. 31,000 copies gets you up to seven? Taylor Swift sold over a million copies of her latest album in a week, so to be in the top five you only have to sell between 31,000 and a million. That's mind-blowing to me.

Anyway, you have to hand it to those guys; they've put together a pretty nice piece of work that deserves a high sales rank and good reviews.

Congrats to the band.
