A tightly-contested first half led to a second half dominated by the Texas Longhorns, as Texas Tech fell 65-53 Wednesday night in Kansas City.

Norense Odiase, Toddrick Gotcher and Robert Turner were all within double digits Wednesday night, but the rest of the offense didn't seem to click, especially in the second half. Gotcher netted 12 while Turner and Odiase added 11.

As a very, very young team, Tech can't be too mad at themselves that the team finished 13-19 on the year. Sure, it was a rough year to watch, and more than likely very tough to play, but after an offseason with Tubby Smith, we should see a vastly improved team with two new, young installments next fall.

Until next season, Red Raiders...
