The Cheesecake Factory Set to Open This December in Lubbock

The Cheesecake Factory, currently under construction at the South Plains Mall in front of Barnes & Noble, is set to open December 4, 2018.

The company is seeking to hire over 260 employees to work at the new location. To apply, prospective employees can visit this website.

It was just July when we learned that The Cheesecake Factory would be opening a location in Lubbock. And in August, ground was broken on the eatery.

The Lubbock location will be the only Cheesecake Factory in West Texas.
