On March 15th, Chick-fil-A announced that "in an effort to manage the evolving impact of coronavirus on our communities, we are temporarily closing our dining room seating to help limit person-to-person contact."
Many other companies have taken similar approaches to minimize exposure to customers.
Chick-fil-A previously made other attempts to help reduce the potential spread of the coronavirus in communities across the country, including closing restaurant playgrounds.
