Circle B Coffee & Tea Now Open Near Lubbock High

Circle B Coffee and Tea is now open in Lubbock at 1947 19th Street, right across the street from the best high school, Lubbock High.

(Okay, so I went to Lubbock High, sue me. Buddy Holly did, too, and he has an entire museum.)

Circle B Coffee is in the old Sugar Brown's location, but they have remodeled to give you a new coffee shop experience. Personally, I love hanging out at a nice, chill coffee shop with a latte and a good book. It's peaceful, pleasant, and nice. That makes me sound like a Gen-Xer, but I swear I'm a millennial.

According to their Facebook page, Circle B Coffee and Tea will be open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. I was unable to find what days they are open, but as they are a brand new business I'm sure they'll make that clear on their Facebook soon.

I have always felt that Lubbock could use more good coffee shops. Different places have different vibes.

J&B Coffee, for example, is very much a college crowd coffee shop with heavy foot traffic. Yellow House is a mellow and sophisticated central Lubbock coffee shop. Tumbleweed & Sage is Wofforth's choice for exciting and fun drinks. And Southwest Lubbock has the lovely and socially conscious Tova.

I'm positive I'm forgetting a deserving coffee house, but know that I support local as often as I am able.
