Cool Down This Summer With Seriously Tasty New Adult Beverages

It's good to have friends "in the business".

When I say "it's good to have friends in the business", I mean any business. If you have friends in radio you might enjoy a free download or concert ticket every once in a while. If you have a friend at a paper company, you may just get a huge stack of stationary every Christmas. If you have a friend who's a mechanic, you may just get a little advice that will save you money every once in a while.

The RockShow has some friends in the beer business and the beer business is expanding like crazy right now. There are any number of "hard", malt beverages out there right now, and we had some pretty exciting ones dropped by our studios.

Nessmania

First up is "The Beast". It's basically a "hard" version of Monster. You'll immediately recognize that "M" that looks a little bit like an eye. The Beast comes in four varieties, Mean Green, Peace Perfect, Scary Berries, and White Haze. My favorite is the White Haze because it has one of those grippy-feel cans.  I guess I should also tell you that the cans are slimmer than Monster cans, but still immediately recognizable.

Next up, and just in time for Cinco DeMayo, is Canta Rios, by the makers of Jarritos. I know you've tried Jarritos or at least seen them in the Mexican food section of your supermarket. The Canta Rios is a hard soda version of the Jarritos and comes in four flavors, Pineapple, Tamarind, Fruit Punch, and Mandarin.

So, what if you need to refresh with some non-alcoholic? How about the new Liquid Death "Rest In Peach" tea? That's a big can of tea numminess and only 80 calories for the whole can. All of these new flavors are on store shelves now and are in HIGH demand. Get down and "getcha sum" while you can.  Oh, and it is good to have a friend in the beer business.
