
Coronado Student Arrested For Bringing Firearm to School
On Thursday, January 9th, administrators at Coronado High School were made aware of a student who had brought a firearm onto school property.
No threats were made, but the suspect, 17-year-old Salvador Edwardo Tienda, was arrested by Lubbock ISD Police and faces severe disciplinary and legal action.
Lubbock ISD says that a student is the one who initially informed an administrator about the firearm.
