Departure Plan Is Ready To Rock The Hub

The first of the year is usually a slow time of year for fans of live music, bands that normally tour are often off for the holiday's or in the studio working on new stuff leaving rabid fans with few options.

Those of you who live in Lubbock are in luck though; because there is a new band on the scene to give us a live taste of some of our favorite hard hitting bands like FFDP, Stone Sour, Slipknot, Korn and many more of today's best metal bands.

Lubbock's own Doug Stapp (formerly of Whips and Kisses) has stepped up to help fill the void of modern metal bands in town.

Departure Plan will be playing four, hour sets of your favorite modern rock to help fill the void we are all feeling this time of year.
