Do The Red Raiders Have A Chance Against The Bulls? [POLL]

Texas Tech has been selected to play in the Birmingham Bowl.

Tech will be playing the South Florida Bulls. I have to be honest, I never heard of the team until today. The team is 9-2, but I wouldn't call their schedule very "challenging".

This game still has the earmarks of a really good game. You have one team that did okay against some strongish teams, and another team that whopped heinie against lesser opponents. They are also ranked #23 for their efforts.

So, just to be foolish, I'm going to make a prediction. First, realize, I don't pick Tech just because they're the team from Lubbock. I'm looking at very little information, but I still think, based on the caliber of teams both played, that Tech will rule this game 35-17.
