Interstate Travelers Should Expect Detours On Monday

It looks like travelers to Plainview and Amarillo will be affected. 

The main lanes of I-27 from exits 9 to 11 will be closed on Monday from 9a to about 3p for an accident investigation. That's right about where Aerocare and the Silent Wings Museum are.

This isn't one of those "maybe I'll get lucky and it won't be on my side of the highway" situations either. Both sides of the Interstate will be closed with traffic routed on the frontage roads.

Drive safe and keep an eye out for guys setting up for the closure too!
