Is A Laptop An Instrument? [VIDEO] NSFW

Jon Davis lead vocalist of Korn recently talked to Rollingstone.com about his passion project J Devil.

In the interview Jon Davis stated "There's so much creativity out there, and I love watching people play with their laptop. It's a new instrument."

I don't know if I can agree with a laptop being an instrument. I can understand the appeal of the new music that we are hearing called "dubstep." That is what is so awesome about music it comes in many shapes and form. Even if we don't dig what we hear, it's still music.

But I don't think a laptop can ever replace pure talent on a acoustic guitar when Stevie Ray Vaughan sang "Life By The Drop."
